We were extremely pleased with Mr. Shutt's professionalism, fees, and responsiveness. He explained his work to us in detail, and made himself available for questions. Ana at the Shutt Law Firm helped my family with estate planning for my grandfather. He is nearly deaf and has been home bound for some time, so we knew that communication would be a challenge, especially considering the pandemic. However, Ana went above and beyond what we expected of her. She was able to make a home visit with him. She wore a mask and maintained proper social distance per CDC guidelines. And she was able to type everything out on a screen for my grandfather to read so that he could fully understand the documents she was drafting for him to sign. Mr. Shutt is a good hearted, wonderful person and I would recommend him to anyone. I needed him to help me with a pretty depressing issue where I thought my brother and I were left out of my mothers will. This was more about hurt feelings than anything else since she really does not have much money at all but I just had to know where I stood. We had not been close for several years and my step brothers were. There was even a trust set up in my stepfathers name with one of them as executor. Mr. Shutt scheduled my appointment and once he looked over the paperwork he announced that she left everything to me. I was so relieved and ready to pay when he told me I didn't need to pay him at all. It just seemed like he was in the business to truly help people and not in it for the money or status. So much for the stereotypes of lawyers, thank you Mr. Shutt!
