Brian is an amazing attorney! He is extremely thorough in his preparation and very easy to speak with! I have and will continue to reccomend Brian to anyone in need of a good attorney! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! After meeting with several attorneys I thought I would never find a direct and realistic attorney! Brain was very direct in his approach and professional!

My husband and I had consulted with different attorneys before meeting with Brian, when we walked out of our first meet with Brian we knew he would get the job done. He was very transparent about the entire procedure from day one and always a call or email away. He is aggressive, knowledgeable, and strategic. He understood what and why we were seeking certain things in the modification and he also gave us more insight. The case was handled quickly and his fees were all very reasonable. Brian is a wonderful, compassionate attorney. Not only was he professional, but he was able to make a terribly long process of adoption quick and seamless. He made himself available for meetings and court dates based upon my family schedule and celebrated with us as the adoption was approved. I’m typically not one to post or make comments on any particular business as I know some comments are done out of frustration or friendships or just plain bad service(s) at the time. This post however has nothing to do with the above but all to do with respect for and returned by Mr. Andrade. My experience(s) so far with this firm has been nothing shy of amazing. All instances have been handled throughly and timely and were given, I feel, top priority. One instance that made me certain Mr. Andrade will be handling my, if needed, family affairs from now on is when he had cancelled his meetings just because I was not wanting to face a courtroom alone. This instance did not call for him to be there at all but he was and ended up staying there until it was settled just so I would feel comfortable. He did not have to do this as he had other places to be. He did this because he knew it was important to me, his client. This means the world! Very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding… are just a few words I would use to describe Mr. Brian Andrade. From my first consultation with Mr. Andrade, to weeks after the closing of my case, I was always well informed and he made sure to thoroughly explain every step of the court process, which can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming. I was pursuing child support and an adjustment of custodial rights. Mr.Andrade came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I consider myself a very detail oriented person, sometimes pushing the boundaries on the patience of the person providing the details. I was very relieved and pleased when I found that Mr. Andrade was not only very experienced in their field but also welcomed any and all questions I had, having an open-communication policy with his clients regarding every step of the way. From the time, I left his office after my first meeting, to the closing of my case I knew I was in good hands. I felt very confident having Mr. Andrade representing me, as he was very involved with every aspect of the process and very thorough with the paperwork. Failed to represent my family zealously at final trial. Then, he failed to expose the discriminatory words the judge said to me and my parent when asked. He stated that our case was the most severe in terms of sanctions that he had seen throughout his career; yet, he failed two times to stand up and right what was wrong, both times. Only he had the power to change the outcome. He stated that his career would be in jeopardy if he did. This attorney is not a fighter. Unfortunately, these attorney's only have their wallet's best interest at heart. You stand a better chance of getting time with your kids by saving your money and representing yourself. I don't get to see my sibling at all as a result and even that is not enough to bring out honesty and compassion. I hope his life is great and that the money was worth it. I miss my sibling everyday while he just gets to go on about his life. My voice was never heard or cared for. Thanks to this attorney's choice to pretend he didn't know what happened, it may never be. I think this attorney was friends with the other attorney and the judge. Brian was compasionate during the difficult times, diligent, and effective. His expenses are very reasonable. I am very appreciative of his advise and legal support.

At the beginning of June this year (2018), I entered in agreement with Shutt Law Firm to probate a Will. Shutt was selected based on their clients outstanding reviews. Within one month (July 2018), the Will was probated and the assets transferred to the beneficiaries - all done at a very reasonable cost. Attorney, Peter Hall who handled my case, deserves particular mention - he was understanding!
