Great service

Brian stepped in and helped me after another attorney I hired had failed to protect my best interest. I thought I was basically all alone. He was so very helpful and I would defiantly recommend him.

Brittany Taylor was appointed as the Receiver for my father's probate case. The house reportedly sold months ago, but she has failed to send me a notice of proposed action, and never updated me or my attorney on the sale. She has ignored all my attorney's calls over the past few months, and the funds should have been distributed by now, or months ago. I am incredibly frustrated by her lack of communication with both me and my attorney, her refusal to send the notice prior to the house sale, and the continued delay in distributing the proceeds. Her ongoing disregard for my emails and calls is highly unprofessional and deeply frustrating.

We have used Brian's services for 10 years for several reasons. He is amazing at what he does and will will work on your pace. Absolutely would recommend him to everyone.

Brian and his firm did an amazing job not once BUT TWICE. Brian helped me get my kid’s passport back in 2018 and now in 2024 while dealing with a non compliant parent!
