Scheduling my first consultation was ok but seems like their office was unorganized as I was getting messages text/voicemail from two different individuals about setting up time to speak with an attorney after I already confirmed one meeting (that should have been a red flag). My family and I spoke with Ms. Taylor (May 30th). She was very helpful, informative and answered all my questions. I was told I would get an email following our call. Unfortunately, I never received it. I sent a follow up email a couple of weeks later (June 12th) and I have not received a response to date (June 25th). It's unfortunate because the rate that was quoted seemed ok. Definitely not a good look for a law firm that would be handling personal matters. Now I have to continue my research for another law firm specializing in estate planning.

Shutt has been straightforward and helpful with estate issues in our family. Pricing is good, and they are not pushing unnecessary services. We will certainly continue to use them.
