Brian has been instrumental in helping my family through a very convoluted and drawn-out CPS case. I initially hired him to represent my interests. He excels at working other lawyers to see the rational and logic of his motions that support his client. He regularly talked with me on updates and sometimes just allowed me to talk to vent my frustrations. He gives sound advice, but ultimately proceeds with the client's request as a good lawyer should. Mid way through the case, I was no longer able to pay Brian and when in front of the judge to dismiss himself, the judge asked if I would like to keep him as a court appointed attorney, to which I quickly and happily agreed. In the end, Brian helped to win our case and reunite our family.

Brian has been instrumental in helping me with a difficult child support situation that involves the NCP in a different state. I'm very pleased with the results he's delivered and he responds timely to all of my questions.

It is so hard to find honest people in this world, much less an attorney. Issac and Peter handled my mother-in-laws probate case as well as a real estate issue with extenuating circumstances. I’m a single Father with two children and found Brian to be trustworthy and very straight forward. In unvarnished truth he will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. He has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness but never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his client. Don’t hire him if you are not going to trust him and let him do his job. He will not run up a bill with chit chat or unnecessary communication. If you need a hand holder this is not the guy. That being said he is always on top of the game and never misses a deadline.. He is honorable and knowledgeable. Straight forward is an understatement but he’s not your therapist he is a brilliant attorney who sticks to the facts that matter and have a legal basis, he will cut you off on the frivolous fluff that so many clients want to vent about, this will save you money in the end.
