I hired Brian originally because after talking to a few lawyers his fees were very reasonable compared to some of the other lawyers. The case was going to be a simple uncontested change of custodial parent from the child's mother to my custody. Everything went smoothly and the court order was obtained. This is where I was very impressed by Brian's firm. The Texas AG office started reporting me as late in my payments to credit agencies, kept charging me child support payments, threatened to take away my professional license to work and would not return the overpayments I had made for child support even though I had a court order stating I was the custodial parent. I made multiple calls to the AG office and sat on hold for hours trying to get this issue straightened out, with no luck. I called Jonathan at Brian's office and they got all the issues with the Texas AG offices resolved. They did this at no charge to me, even though I know they spent a significant amount of time dealing with the AG office. I highly recommend Brian and his associates.

Brian uses empathy and highly knowledgeable legal professionalism to assist in each case he takes on. If lawyers could be all as authentic and truly caring the world would be better off when the individuals go to face off on legal issues.

I had a wonderful experience getting estate documents drawn - as I am severely immunocompromised, they were kind enough to let me sign my documents outside. Everyone was so kind and the process was very smooth!
