I'm giving 5 stars and my case is not finished yet. However Melissa is my case manager and she has been working extremely hard on getting things squared away. My car has been paid off so far, I'm done with treatment, and now she's calculating up my medical bills. I have faith that everything will work out great. Now she can be tough to contact but Melissa will call you back if she wasn't able to answer your call.
