I had an accident with my family dealing with a 18 wheeler and the case was past to MAS by I just got hit. Not sure if they couldn't handle it because it was large enough, but I'm please we were helped by MAS. Kim Charter was our attorney and we were very pleased. She was kind, helped us understand what would work and what wouldn't. When I met her at our deposition, I felt confident just because she seemed so sure and positive about wining our case. It worked out great! And I will continue to see her for in injury cases, as well as refer her to others. Everyone that I met and saw at their office was kind and very helpful. They made me feel welcome and always called to touch bases with me and inform me of anything dealing with my case. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Seem nice but once you're out the building, there's no communication.Its been 7 years and I haven't received what I was granted.

From my personal experience with this firm the attorneys are impossible to get ahold of and the attorney that was sent with me to my trial date was extremely inexperienced. They actually told me that they fired her because of similar complaints. Ironically I never met or spoke with her before the trial day. I spoke with several other attorneys who I thought were great and assumed one of them would be representing me. Nope, none of those attorneys from my knowledge even work there anymore. Amber was great but she's impossible to get a hold of and I spent more time talking to paralegals who can't really help with issues the way an attorney can.. i had a difficult situation and I needed good representation but I would have been better off representing myself than having the attorney I was sent with...
