Eugene Chen is very professional and helpful. He used to reply my message pretty soon and answer my questions very clearly. Compared to my previous lawyer, they are totally different. Btw, I'm located in California, and he is located is Texas, but it really doesn't matter when lawyer and you are in different states. Sometimes he replied my message around 9-10 p.m. in California time zone (Texas is almost midnight!!) Eugene is a very reliable lawyer who keeps tracking with the latest info released by the gov. He guided me step by step during the whole process of H1b application. I felt hesitant at first as I was living in a different state. However, it turned out to be no problem communicating over phone and thru emails, and I just got my h1b approval notice in my mailbox.
