Whenever I contacted his office I was always treated with respect and everyone was very helpful. Christopher Migliaccio always returned my phone calls and was so understanding. I have been fighting a custody battle with my ex-husband since we divorced in 2003. He has continued to harass me and make my life miserable with his abusive behavior. I have been to court more times than I can count and my two previous attorneys did as little as possible and now after I got tired of him showing up at my home and work place anytime he felt like it, I sought refuge in another state, which of course he fought. I have made progress in my case, but I want to get my boys back since I have been there with them since they were born, until I moved out of state.
