Working with Greg has been an exceptional experience. He educated, advised, and calmy walked us through an extremely trying experience that we had with one of our residents. Also, if there was a specific issue that he was not as familiar with…he would immediately research, it and advise. He also prepared a new residential lease for us giving us exactly what we needed to continue to protect ourselves, our residents, and our community. We cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Our nighmare ended the day we got in contact with Gregory Fell from The Fell Law Firm. After almost six months of trying to work with our home insurance carrier, he was able to get us the help we needed. I hired Greg to help with an issue regarding a landlord. He provided solid advice based on his experience and expertise. We were successful in resolving the matter.

Greg helped us win a tricky case which resulted in a finacial victory larger than I would have ever imagined. Our landlord kept our deposit without just cause and then left the country. We had no forwarding address, no way to reach him, and no hope. We went to Greg to see if he could help, and help he did. Mr. Fell and his partner Timothy Adams are Great to work with. They keep you informed on were your case stands and do a what I feel is a good job of not over billing you for work hours. They stayed with my case for 2 years and we won against a HOA!! I will have no problem recommending them to my family or friends.

I am writing in thanks to the Fell Law firm. (Mr. Greg Fell, Miss. Courtney Groves) who have helped me in a time of need. Background: A few years ago I lost all my life savings in an investment that was NOT right( Failed agreement/contract). It was a late realization and even though i had very little hope, tried reaching out to several legal avenues for help. My wife and I had a terrible experience with our landlord at a rental home. After calling a few lawyers that didn't seem to know what they were talking about, we called Greg and he immediately put our mind at ease and took our case. We were going up against a huge insurance company and while it took some time and money Greg and his team did all their homework and ended up coming up with a settlement both parties agreed on. Upon move out we had to sue our landlord for breach of contract and Greg took our case again, and worked out a favorable payment agreement which he did not have to do. We won the case and felt good about not backing down. I could not recommend him and his law firm more!

Mr. Fell has done a wonderful job to recovering our loss from a very bad tenant who trashed and damaged our house while they broken the lease and fled, then out of the country to escape.
