The place is very quiet and well lite , very appropriate so we can think well . The staff were amazing ! Special thanks to Morgan Gill for explaining everything very well so we can understand what we are signing . We are very well pleased .

This firm took great care of us. And still are. My first experience is a lasting one. Highly recommend! The entire staff was pleasant. Almost does not count for them. They go all the way. And weed out any weak links.

Mr. Migliaccio and his staff are fantastic. I have recently found out about an old matter that needed to be resolved. I was in a terrible state of anxiety and worry. Having Mr. Migliaccio (and his staff person Myra) assist me was the difference between a disaster and a resolution that has given me a huge relief. I have been fighting a custody battle with my ex-husband since we divorced in 2003. He has continued to harass me and make my life miserable with his abusive behavior. I have been to court more times than I can count and my two previous attorneys did as little as possible and now after I got tired of him showing up at my home and work place anytime he felt like it, I sought refuge in another state, which of course he fought. I was made to leave my two boys in Texas with their abusive father. When he continued to disobey the orders that were in place, I found Warren and Migliaccio. They listened to me and helped me so very much! They have not failed to tell me what was going to happen at any point in my case. They have represented me for about the last two years. I have made progress in my case, but I want to get my boys back since I have been there with them since they were born, until I moved out of state. Gary Warren and Ryan Bauerle have been such a big help and have been patient and kind to me. They gave me hope that soon I could actually get back custody of my boys. Phenomenal! Seriously! They made the whole process easy and went above and beyond with additional services and education that other BK attorneys don’t provide. I never had trouble reaching them when I had questions. I also was very close to the edge of not qualifying for a chapter 7 but they were able to make it happen. I’m debt free as of 3 weeks ago and my credit score is already approaching 700 again.
