After meeting with several lawyers I found Scott and instantly he was there to help me through a difficult divorce. He helped me navigate the process always with suggestions, opinions and compassion for all parties involved. I would highly recommend him for any legal issues you may have.

I found Mr. Scott Broussard while looking to replacing the current lawyer at the time, through another family lawyer who advised me Broussard was one of the top divorce trial lawyers in Fort Bend Court. Before this, I had three other lawyers represented me but failed to stand up to a crooked opposing lawyer. Scott Broussard and his paralegal Chandra helped me to settle the case to my satisfaction. Scott is firm and sharp in dealing with opposing lawyer but a fair and warm hearted at the same time. I spent more time working through his paralegal. Chandra is wonderful; she was always tentative to my questions and took the time to work with me on the details during difficult and painful discovery process that was purposely dragged on by the opposing team. I am forever grateful that this law firm has given me back my life.

Scott and his team came into my case midstream. He righted a ship that was truly set a drift with no since of direction. After two previous lawyers and myself tried and failed miserably at resolving the case Scott took control. His experience, knowledge, ability to draw from his previous case load, and he and his team's dogged attention to detail resulted in favorable outcome. As a single father I recieved custody of my minor child; unheard of so I'm told. His fees were more than reasonable and his upfront style cuts no corners and he shots straight from the hip with his clients. Chandra and Brandy are right in line with Scott's style and are always available and there to help at a moments notice. A divorce is a difficult situation, no matter the outcome. My divorce started off to a very rocky start, I had acquired representation from another attorney and had a terrible experience. When I consulted with Mr. Broussard I was already gun shy of the whole process and honestly not very trusting of the legal system. As soon as I spoke with Mr. Broussard's staff as well as him personally, I knew that I had found the best representation for me. Throughout the entire process of my divorce Mr. Broussard and his team were always available and walked me through each step with patience and understanding. He is an amazing attorney who handled your case like himself. He sweat and blush in anger. He won't stop before he succeed! I changed two attorneys who almost set me to lose. God finally sent this brave man to rescue me and my kids! Not expensive either, particularly as compared to those two beasts who simply come to courtroom without any preparation, and with red eyes from last night party and hangover. I highly recommend Mr. Broussard for anyone who is going through brutal divorce, and pray justice to be done. One thing, though, don't lie to him. He don't like that at all and he seems to have several ways of knowing it, at some point.

Mr. Broussard is the best man to fight for you. I was in distress, did not know where I was heading in my life. I was at the verge of losing my childern and was without legal counsel. The good Lord directed me to Mr. Broussard and He used to wipe my tears and solve my legal mysteries as a result of my divorce. Mr. Broussard was there for me and I still count on him till this day. I can't say enough good things about Scott. He was very honest and ethical and handled my case with the utmost professionalism. I think Scott is both tough and fair. I felt that he would have really gone to the mat for me if needs be, but never lost his humanity.
