Called for help with a class A misdemeanor. Received a call back shortly stating that after looking into my case, it had been dropped to a class C due to lack of evidence. This was my 6th law office I had contacted and no one else made me aware of this. I was made aware that currently there are no outstanding charges and a ton of other helpful information- all free of charge when he could have taken my money. REALLY appreciated all the information!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Professional and straight forward on counsel of charged offense. Very helpful throughout the process which was not long and drawn out. I appreciated my lawyer always being available.

I don't even know where to begin. I researched lawyers in the area and settled on a name I had heard of, "McDougal." The office assigned David Green to our case. From the get-go they were at our beck and call. Not to mention Mr. Green is fighter. He goes the extra mile, and he stands on principle. He even went so far as to handle the unexpected peripherals, which he didn't have to do, but took them on because he felt it was right. Look, I served 24 years in the military, if someone's credibility wasn't up to par, I'd tell them and I would tell you...but this is a man of character, and I will definitely be doing business with him again. You cannot go wrong with the McDougal Office, and you definitely can't go wrong with hiring Mr. David Green. They are OUTSTANDING!

From my own experience with an arrest for DWI and unlawful carrying of weapons; 6 months after the arrest I had both charges dismissed with minimal requirements for me to complete (a few classes I was able to complete over a weekend). I’ve had traffic cases take longer to resolve. The McDougal staff completely handle my case from start to the ‘motion to retrieve’ my firearms from back from police confiscation. While I don’t plan on having to need their services again; if I do, the Larry McDougal law firm will be my first choice or recommendation to anyone inquiring for legal counseling.
