Pamela was referred to me by a friend that knew I needed a good divorse attorney to back me up. Pamela would even come to my store/office when she knew I was stressed, or needed a hug. Pamela would always find a way to lift my spirts when she knew I was stressed. She is an amazing lawyer expecially for women that have been in an abusive or virbally abusive marriage. She also referred me to me through all the stress with emails and texts. Pam also referred me to Higher Hopes Councelors/Brandy Smith Licenced Therapist that help me lift my spirts through it all. I was truly blessed to have her as my attorney and highly recommend her if you are looking for someone that will be there to not just represent you, but to also see that you received all the help needed throughout the entire divorse process. Mrs. Miley was an ideal advocate for my daughter. She empathetically listened to our unfortunates situation. Our case was not easy, it was not an open and shut family case. My husband and I had full legal custody of our daughter. My husband passed away unexpectedly, after years of little involvement to almost zero involvement in my daughters life, the biological mom showed up the almost immediately after my husband died and tried to take my daughter from the only home and mommy (me) she has ever known her entire life. Mrs. Miley, worked with all of us with a kind heart in such a very difficult time. She took the time to listen to my daughter, her heart, her concerns, her needs. Mrs. Miley worked other professionals that had my daughters heart and future best interest in mind. It would have been very traumatizing for my daughter to have lose her daddy and then have to lose the only mommy she has known, the only home she has ever known, and the life she had a support system to love her and care for since the lost of her daddy. Today, my daughter still lives with me, she is thriving in her same home, her same school, same activities, and continues to grow desireing more interests to challenge her smart eagerness to learn. She is such sweet smart young lady. My daughter has visitations with her biological mother, and my daughter is older now and able to start formulating her own thoughts and heart regarding her biological mother.

Pam Miley has been working with my daughter and I since my daughter was 3 months old.
