Brian will restore your faith in attorneys, period. He is diligent, persistent, honest, and approachable. But most importantly, his relentless pursuit of truth and justice embodies the "innocent 'til proven guilty" mentality of our justice system. Not only does commitment to truth set him apart from peers. Brian's prior experience as DA allows the insight needed to navigate the bureaucratic loopholes of prosecution. I am so grateful for this man and could not be happier with the outcome (irrevocable dismissal!) of what ostensibly was a case of self defense. I would highly recommend Brian as he truly takes his job to heart. We really needed him to take action immediately and he did just that. While the system tried to get in our way Brian was tenacious and pursued everything to the end.
