Mrs. Branch represented me in a child custody mediation. She is an incredibly intelligent and compassionate family attorney who knows her stuff. She was always available on the phone/email and responded to my queries promptly and goes above and beyond in setting expectations for your case. Above all she is a great human being who genuinely cares for her clients. I hope to never need a child custody attorney again, but if I do, Mrs. Branch will be the one I turn to.

The best decision I have made was turning to Betsy for help with my family law case. From day one, she stepped in, took charge, and started getting things done where my prior attorney had let things fall. Throughout the entire process Betsy was kind and responsive - I could email her with any concerns or questions and she was always quick at getting back to me and never made me feel like I was crazy or bothering her. I truly felt she was on my side and looking out for my family's best interest. There were many times throughout the process that opposing counsel looked to her on what the next steps were, what was standard procedure, and what the best recommendation was (thank you, Family Law Board Certification!). BEAUTIFUL office, lovely staff, at a time in my life when I was afraid and confused, I was comfortable enough to ask questions, even some I felt were silly, and left feeling confident! My babies are my world, so this is very personal and serious. I may not know exactly what the future holds, but I am not afraid anymore. Nice ladies, very professional!

Terrible customer service! Spoke with Elizabeth "Betsy" Branch, owner, and she is so racist and unprofessional. Rates are outrageous. $300/hr. Really? Are you taking me to see the president? Laughing out loud. That is crazy. Owner was so disrespectful and kept interrupting before I could even explain my case. Would definitely not recommend this firm for anything or to anybody. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! >:(

Ms. Branch is very personable and easy to talk to. She listens and cares about her clients. She explained the law to me. She was always prepared and that really helped take away a lot of my anxiety. I was very happy with her work and with her.
