While divorce is a scary and painful process, the Timpa Law Firm, and especially my attorney Madisen made the experience tolerable. She guided me through the process and alleviated a lot of my fears. Though some may balk at their hourly rate, I feel their billing system is fair and transparent. I never felt as if they were creating work just so they could create billable hours. Unfortunately I know too many people that went the "budget" route only to receive unintelligible bills full of unknown paralegals and unwanted services.
