Kim Timpa and her staff are very professional and fast acting. Kim set a timeline and a process from our first meeting and it was followed. My wife filed for divorce and her attorney was very slow in reacting to keep the process moving forward. Ms. Timpa took the action needed and kept the process moving and the decree was signed in less than 70 days from my wife filing. If you want a real person who will make sure you know what to do and what not do to, I would hire Kim Timpa and her law firm. She understood and listened to my desire to be fair to my ex-wife and take care of my children, but also to get the process over so I can move forward.
