For starterFor starters, drinking and driving is is one of the most unintelligent decisions someone in this day and age can make. One, because you'll never get away with it, and two because you are putting everyone around you in danger. I am truly very sorry for what I have done, and thank the lord no one was hurt. Thomas Hooton is a great DWI attorney! If it wasn't for him, my family would be in a very sticky situation right now. His knowledge of the field was quite apparent which just continued to boost my confidence in him throughout the trial. Needless to say, I'm not behind bars, my kids still have their Dad, and I'm here typing this review to show my appreciation as opposed to what the other outcome may have been. Dating back a few months ago my son Jarrod received his second DUI. My wife and I were very unhappy with this as we thought we raised him to be better than that. With that being said, a friend referred us to use Thomas Hooton for our lawyer since our first time around didn't turn out so pleasant. We took their advice and thank God we did!! Jarrod did not have to go to jail! Without Mr. Hooton's demeanor and reputation, I don't think our outcome would have been so nice. He was so professional in the courtroom, refused to plea Jarrod guilty, and kept us well informed throughout the whole trial! Mr. Hooton was the best lawyer experience I have ever had. Hands down, plain and simple. He makes sure he understands you as a client. He is very easy to talk to, and puts you in a position where you can feel at ease given the situation you are in. My favorite part about having him as my lawyer was the fact that he always showed up EARLY for court and kept me filled in with everything! Also, the fact that he always returned my phone calls in a very timely manner was a plus as well. My family is so pissed at me for getting a DWI but they bailed me out by paying for my lawyer. They are still pissed at me but since Tom took care of all the work and helped get me out of jail time they are a lot happier with me now. I'm still going to be able to graduate and so then hopefully we'll never talk about this again but if you're looking for a good lawyer then Tom will help you out and your life won't be ruined. Probably best if you don't tell your family though they don't even need to know.

I couldn't believe I got a DUI usually I am not like that and I really felt fine but they said at the checkpoint that I was over the legal limit and then I thought I was going to lose my job. Thankfully Hooton put so much hard work into my case and I am so grateful that I didn't get charged with what I was going to at first. I didn't even get my license suspended... so it all turned out ok after all. What a relief.
