Mr. Swayze first off handled my divorce/custody battle the way four other attorneys said they would. He was never scared to stand up for me when the other party tried to do something sneaky/selfish. He always read the fine print and had outside the box thinking to counter. That’s why I believe we won the battle! I’ve heard over and over from all the other lawyers saying we will “fight” but when it came down to the time to stand up they never did… Mr. Swayze ALWAYS stood up in confidence! He had done in a year in a half what others couldn’t do in four years! I would highly recommend Mr. Swayze to anyone with confidence! He’s super laid back, easy to talk to, and very respectful. I honestly wish I would’ve found him earlier to avoid all the extra money spent trying to win my case.

Cliff Swayze was my attorney for my divorce. He was very professional, kind, and considerate during the entire process. He was very organized and prompt with all the required documents and making sure it was in the right hands and completed in a timely manner. The settlement for my divorce was very complex and he fought for what was rightfully mine. I actually ended up with more than I expected. He took his time to address all my concerns and push the divorce along while my ex-husband and his lawyer was drawing it out. I wanted to write this review to let everyone know our experience with him. You will not go wrong with hiring Mr. Swayze! Mr. Swayze has went above and beyond all of our expectations. When first starting to look for a lawyer, we didn't know where to began or to start. We are in Ohio. We had to google family law lawyers in Texas( that is where our boys were born and the divorce was finalized). God lead us in the right direction when it came to Mr Swayze. From the very first phone call he was on top of everything. He made the process smooth. He knew our kids were our main priority and he made them his priority through it all. When he showed up to our court hearing he was more then prepared to get the job done. He did more digging into our case then the information we gave him. He has continued to be there for any and all of our concerns and needs. He has again went above and beyond. I can not thank him enough. You will not find a lawyer anywhere around that is not in it for just the money. He cares about you and your case and will not stop. . When I say he truly cares, he really does!
