We used Dawn to assist in with my husbands citizenship application. He had a pretty easy application, but we wanted to use an attorney for peace of mind, and Dawn delivered. She was so responsive, and told us exactly what to expect during each stage of the process. He has completed the process and is now a citizen and we couldn't thank Dawn more for all her work, and bringing calmness to a stressful endeavor!

I was looking for a lawyer for my daughter. We hired this law firm. We spent thousands of dollars and Stefani Preston lost the whole case. She could have won on default because the father of my daughters child did not show up for court. Stefani Preston decided on her own to give the other party a chance to win. The father of my daughter's child did not even have a lawyer and Attorney Stefani Preston lost. That's how bad of a lawyer she is. She could not even reschedule a court date when my daughter had an emergency. Don't hire this law firm. A party without a lawyer can defeat this legal team. This legal team is a fraud and knew the details of the case. They knew there was no findings of neglect or abuse. If Attorney Preston was uncomfortable with the case she could have simply declined to take on the case. Instead she took the money, lost, and would probably post partial details of the case (breaching client and attorney confidentiality) instead of accepting blame.

Best decision was hiring this man when my kids mom up and disappeared with my child. I had no idea where to even begin but Mr. Swayze walked me through it. He got me 50/50 custody first court hearing and has been great with walking me through the whole process. Between poking holes in my kids moms arguments and getting me a solid agreement with the court, he's been great through the whole process. I highly recommend to anyone needing a dependable, hard working advocate on their side.

Cliff helped me with my divorce. Great attorney, very responsive, and followed up with me frequently after everything was final to make sure the decree was being followed. Definitely recommend him.
