Cliff Swayze was my attorney for my divorce. He was very professional, kind, and considerate during the entire process. He was very organized and prompt with all the required documents and making sure it was in the right hands and completed in a timely manner. The settlement for my divorce was very complex and he fought for what was rightfully mine. I actually ended up with more than I expected. He took his time to address all my concerns and push the divorce along while my ex-husband and his lawyer was drawing it out. I would recommend Cliff to anyone that is getting divorced and looking for an attorney that truly cared about them.

Mr. Swayze was a great guide through the very tough process of divorce. I interviewed a few attorneys and Clifford Swayze had me most at ease. The struggles of a difficult divorce are real. Mr. Swayze was responsive anytime i reached out during the process. Clifford Swayze was truly concerned with making sure I got a fair settlement. I have recommended Swayze’s office anytime anyone asked me if I know a good attorney.

My experience with Mr. Swayze was less than ideal but I assume that he did the best that he could do under my circumstances. He was responsive to calls and emails.

Cliff represented me during both my divorce and criminal court cases and did so with the upmost respect to both me and the other parties involved. He would take the time to review the cases with me on a level that was easily understandable and in a manner that showed respect to the process and to my dignity during the year long process of working through both of my complex cases. Never was the time where I felt things were "out of control" or not well managed. All during this time Cliff was personable enough to "check in" with my daughter who was also affected by these cases which shows a true caring nature IMO. I could not say enough positive comments to reflect how amazing I personally feel Cliff's character and courtroom ability deserve. However I can say this he managed to get a favorable outcome on my criminal case by working up to the VERY LAST MOMENT before my sentencing appearance to get the courts to recommend a lesser sentence than what was offered previously by the DA office. And with his sheer determination to see justice and with his relationship with Williamson County Court room officials he was able to work towards that outcome. I would 100% recommend Cliff Swayze to anyone to include my closest of friends if they should need a quality attorney at law.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to deal with attorneys a couple of times my adult life. Cliff was by far the best attorney I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Our case unluckily fell right in the midst of the COVID pandemic and living 8 hours away from Williamson County created more speed bumps. Although we were faced with these challenges outside of our control, Cliff, was always available to help assist with anything we needed. He was attentive to detail and is VERY knowledgeable within family law. COVID forced court rooms to close and brought forth uncharted waters. Cliff however weathered the storms and helped keep me, my family, and our case afloat. I know without a doubt that Cliff would represent anyone with the upmost professionalism and respect. He will fight for you even when you feel you’ve had enough and ready to give up. If you’re looking for someone who will care about your needs and those of your loved ones, DO NOT pass on Cliff.

I wanted to write this review to let everyone know our experience with him. You will not go wrong with hiring Mr. Swayze! Mr. Swayze has went above and beyond all of our expectations. When first starting to look for a lawyer, we didn't know where to began or to start. We are in Ohio. We had to google family law lawyers in Texas( that is where our boys were born and the divorce was finalized). God lead us in the right direction when it came to Mr Swayze. From the very first phone call he was on top of everything. He made the process smooth. He knew our kids were our main priority and he made them his priority through it all. When he showed up to our court hearing he was more then prepared to get the job done. He did more digging into our case then the information we gave him. He has continued to be there for any and all of our concerns and needs. He has again went above and beyond. I can not thank him enough. You will not find a lawyer anywhere around that is not in it for just the money. He cares about you and your case and will not stop. . When I say he truly cares, he really does! Thank you Mr. Swayze for doing all you have done for our family and all you continue to do.
