I hired Clifford to represent me during my divorce which was common law and uncontested. From the first meeting I felt like he really understood what I was going through and he was very empathetic which you don't find with other lawyers. He didn't nickel and dime me for every meeting or phone call which was a relief as well but I respected his time. He was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and supportive until the judge signed the papers. I highly recommend him. Thanks Clifford!

I hired Cliff several years ago to represent me in some criminal cases. Not only did he do an incredible job and get me an outcome that was better than what I thought I would get, he was also always available when I had questions. I hired Clifford when my minor daughter told me she wanted to live with me full time. I had joint custody with my ex-wife. We ended up going to mediation. During the mediation we were going back and forth not making much progress. Then Mr Swayze told the mediator that if opposing counsel didn’t get realistic soon and I quote, “You are wasting my time and my clients money.” That statement changed everything. Shorty thereafter they agree to a settlement. If you want an attorney that will vigorously fight for your rights as a parent, I highly recommend Mr. Swayze. He is a man with high moral integrity.
