I worked with Ms. Salas on an employment-based adjustment of status application. She seemed knowledgeable, experienced, very responsive throughout the process, and attentive to details. A rather lengthy Request for Evidence (RFE) was received towards the end of the process for which Ms. Salas prepared a meticulous response.

Dawn Salas failed to get temporary orders in a timely matter, did not return phone calls in a timely matter or at all. My ex husband demonstrated physical violence and broke down a door with an axe, yet Dawn did not see the need to pursue any type of legal action to keep him away from the home. For some reason this did not signal to her that this may not be going the collaborative route. The best thing I did was fire her.
