This lawyer is hands down the best I've had over many years. She has handled more than one case for me, and each time has always ensured that fathers' rights were not taken out of the picture. She answered every question and absolutely was on point providing the best legal advice she could. Her rates beat everyone else around the area and that's hard to be on the top at some of the best rates. I will hire this lawyer above any others in the area before looking for another. Highly Recommended to use her for your case. She was very organized and never missed an opportunity to present information.

Definitely came out on top on my divorce. I was very frustrated with my ex and Erena had to calm me down almost everyday so Thank you Erena for being patient with me.

I had an ongoing custody modification case out of PA, although I was a TX resident. Erena filed a motion to have my case closed out in PA and to have a hearing in TX which she did so successfully. After spending money on flights, and lawyers out of state I just wanted the back and forth to finally cease and be resolved. The Pearson law firm did just that, I received exclusive rights to relocate with my child without having to go back to court every time we relocate to another post. Ronel was a wonderful help all my calls and emails were answered promptly. When Erena had a prior engagement prior to my court hearing, Mr. Pearson stepped in and up for her representing me in court. If anything ever arises without a doubt in my mind I know who to call!!

When I went through my divorce, I had Erena as mi attorney. I can say she was very good. I even got full custody of my daughter with her help. Definitely worth having her on your side.

She does not answer emails. She does not answer phone calls. She never follows up. As a single mom I paid her $2,500 for child support modification. I did all the work! All she did was tell my ex husband's lawyer what I told her. I'm so over this office (Miller and Pearson). I hired Mr. Pearson because he had amazing reviews and I knew a few of his passed clients, but this guy gave my case to this ignorant woman who could care less about her clients!! Everytime I'd email her she either never responded or would say sorry she was in court all day, and still not answer any concerns or questions that I had. If I could sue her I would for all the emotional stress and anxiety she's caused me. Do not hire her, these other reviews about how she's so fantastic are probably from family members and friends of hers, her true clients know exactly the type of attorney she is.
