I fried my previous lawyer, hired Jason, He handle my case very well, reasonable fee and great communication, very professional. best in town.

I hired Jason about 7 months ago in a CPS case. I had no idea what to expect seeing how this is the first time I ever needed an attorney. He was recommended to me by another attorney, and from the beginning I felt extremely comfortable and well informed. Every order by the court was well predicted and he explained his expectations of me and the prosecution. He is extremely down to earth and very easy to work with. I truly feel that my families well being was his number one interest. Jason was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

Jason helped me with my divorce in Williamson county. He guided me every step of the way and answered all of my questions promptly. He made a stressful process very simple.

I have been a client of mr partney since 2013. I have been to court more than once with Jason on my side because he's the best. Mr. Partney got the job done. After several rounds of pre-trial court proceedings, where he showed our side of the case to the court and showed opposing council that he was better prepared and knew the nuances of the law better than they could handle, the other party in the suit agreed to mediation. I was referred to Jason through another attorney who didn't do family law and I've been very pleased with his work and expertise.
