I used the Law Office of Lisa Richardson to handle my divorce and custody agreement for our son. Josh Culp was specifically recommended to me from an acquaintance. After a consult and comparison of rates, I decided to pull the trigger and sign with Josh’s firm. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go with Josh for representation. Josh is an amazing attorney, who despite the circumstances had the ability to put me at ease with what is arguably the most challenging time in someone’s life. Throughout the entire process Josh made himself available to talk through my questions and concerns. I found Josh to be both thoughtful with in responses as well as realistic about possible outcomes which was something I truly appreciated. No parent wishes to find themselves in a child custody situation and have the need to find a reliable and trustworthy attorney. Two years ago I found myself in those shoes. During this stressful time, I was blessed to have met Josh Culp. Him and his paralegal made a difficult time in my life a bit easier and less stressful. I was kept up to date from start to finish. Josh Culp was my attorney in a very emotional and difficult case, but I have to say I would've never chosen another lawyer to work with in a million years. He wanted to understand my flexibilities and absolutes, and it was definitely not a situation that ever for a second made me feel like it was about anything besides his genuine care of how our outcome was (meaning my families) ; not money, not a win or loss, not even this review, it was about me and my family and I knew that from the get go, until the closure which in my case was a 2 year deal (due to petitioner and not us in any way I would like to make a point in saying). I knew I was dealing with someone who didn't have to, but chose to, go out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the mediation deal, never make me feel pressured, always made me feel a part of every part of the process, and in the end, we got EVERYTHING we asked for, plus some. So if you're considering a lawyer or firm I strongly and highly recommend contacting Mr. Culp for your case. He will not let you down.
