Unfortunately, I recently needed a will for a loved one to be handled in court. I had no idea what to do or where to start, till I found Kristine. She happened to go to college with my husband, then happened to be practicing the exact type of law I needed in the county that the will had to be probated. It was fate! She took a very stressful and fear-laden process and made it doable and simplistic. She carefully outlined each process and each step, and she took the time to discuss each piece leading to the court day, as well as the day itself. I couldn't recommend her more!!!

I wish I could give Katy 10+ stars!! I was given her information from another lawyer that was unable to take my case at that time. From the moment I sat down for a consultation with her I knew she was going to be a fierce bad ass. What i thought was going to be a somewhat tricky fight, she made it seem like it was going to be a walk in the park, and it was! She was very knowledgeable and more importantly, thorough. I reached a time in my first marriage that required a divorce. I feel sorry for anyone that has to cross that same bridge. Cliff Swayze took the time to advise me about the legalities of the situation with compassion. After I became his client Cliff took the time to have brief conversations throughout the process without racking up multiple“15 minute charges.” I had to travel across the state of Texas to attend my divorce hearing and Cliff did not let me down. He stood beside me at the courthouse even though his Father was laying on his deathbed in the hospital. I feel that this demonstrates his dedication to his clients. The divorce decree was agreed upon and was finalized. My ex wife agreed to a commitment regarding real estate and failed to comply by the deadline she chose. Cliff represented me again to ensure she complied. The Judge ruled in my favor. A little time passed and we had a custody dispute. Cliff was there for me. I had to assign a Guardian ad litem and march through the muck of all that. Cliff walked beside me. If you are reading this I recommend that you do your best to work your marriage out. If that is not possible and you have to walk through a wolf pack Cliff is the shepherd you need!
