Mr. Swayze first off handled my divorce/custody battle the way four other attorneys said they would. He was never scared to stand up for me when the other party tried to do something sneaky/selfish. He always read the fine print and had outside the box thinking to counter. That’s why I believe we won the battle! I’ve heard over and over from all the other lawyers saying we will “fight” but when it came down to the time to stand up they never did… Mr. Swayze ALWAYS stood up in confidence! He had done in a year in a half what others couldn’t do in four years! I would highly recommend Mr. Swayze to anyone with confidence! He’s super laid back, easy to talk to, and very respectful. I honestly wish I would’ve found him earlier to avoid all the extra money spent trying to win my case.

Ms Henry law firm was chosen because the name recognition in our probate my brothers name was Henry. Coincidence it might was but the results were so far beyond my expectations of just a name in our case . We met Ms Henry she went over everything with us the good and the bad going forward she was very knowledgeable and within 10 minutes I knew I had made the right choice . I've never been involved in probate at anytime we were out of town in a different county as well Ms Henry was a Young Lady but her expertise was well beyond her appearance. I would very highly recommend her to anyone that unfortunately has to go through this process she is very personable and she listens to you . Her advice is on point and to the fact she will guide in the right direction and in a courtroom I got a glimpse of her passion for her clients . Elissa is very open to communication though-out the entire process. She does a great job explaining the case process and the settlement numbers!

Elissa explained very clearly the information needed to establish a will for my husband and I. She was professional and had everything we needed at time of signing. Wills are bit pricier than I remember but it's just a sign of the times

Cliff Swayze was my attorney for my divorce. He was very professional, kind, and considerate during the entire process. He was very organized and prompt with all the required documents and making sure it was in the right hands and completed in a timely manner. The settlement for my divorce was very complex and he fought for what was rightfully mine. I actually ended up with more than I expected.
