Other firms turned my case down because there was nothing they could do. Mr. knickerbocker took my case and fought. The insurance company did a complete 180 and paid.

What I appreciated most about working with this firm is that I never got passed off to an associate or junior lawyer. Mr Knickerbocker was my lawyer the entire time. His staff was accessible and involved and they were able to answer most of my questions. I was always able to contact Mr Knickerbocker directly.

I consulted Carl following an automobile accident in 2017. I decided to travel outside of my current county as none of the lawyers near me were interested in my case. Carl provided me a consultation and told me up front what the course of action would be step by step. Carl and his staff were excellent from START TO FINISH. My case just recently settled my son and I and I must say I was thoroughly IMPRESSED!! In all honesty expected little to nothing for my the injuries i sustained from the accident. My son I assumed would be something but not much. HOWEVER, both cases settled for more than I expected.
