Mr. Hopson handled our bankruptcy several years ago and did an excellent job. I would highly recommended him. He answered every question we had with kindness and compassion. His knowledge in this field was very impressive. If your looking for a great lawyer Mr. Hopson is your man.

I used Mr. Hopson twice with in a year.. Both case did take some time but not at Mr. Hopsons fault. There was a lot of information to collect and agree on he handled himself very professionally. Ray handled my chapter 7 bankruptcy. He has been a great go to guy during tough times. He was excellent on all levels. I saw someone posted negatively about a chapter 13 which made me a little scared. Then I found out Ray Hopson does not do or has ever done a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Ray Hopson only helps clients with chapter 7 bankruptcy needs. He was a pleasure.

Limited communication between him and his staff. I have requested information based on what is needed to go forward with my bankruptcy. I have given all of the information requested. One of his coworkers will call at 5p on Thursday as she is leaving the office to only be gone Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. (must be nice) She calls when I am at work when I can not answer and I have requested on multiple times for communication through email. Keep better records that way. His law office has received full payment of services for over 5 months with the same questions being asked over and over again. I do know that I have given him an ultimatum with no response. I am on the verge and should have been a long time of go of changing lawyers. If you do not mind low communication and taking half a year or more to even file for bankruptcy then this is the lawyer for you. If not avoid at all costs.
