When my wife and I decided to purchase an existing business, Mr. Sadler was very knowledgeable in helping us get all the necessary legal forms and applications in order. I have had the opportunity to use Mr. Sadler's expert service on multiple fronts. Our team had a complex commercial real estate transaction that James handled perfectly. Then on a personal note, when my father-in-law died without a will, my wife and I did not know what to do or where to begin. Our company was having issues with certain customers not paying. After a long process on our behalf of attempting to collect, I decided to contact Mr. Sadler for assistance. He was skillful in contacting our customers and handled the matter with stern professionalism. On another instance, he worked hard to negotiate acceptable contract terms on the purchase of a business. Going through a custody battle is very emotional. Mr. Sadler was very prompt in returning my phone calls and emails. He guided though this difficult situation and help us every step of the way.
