Sandra Villarreal was most helpful, especially near the end. Questions I had got answered, it took a while, but when she had new information, she passed it on to me as soon as she could! If she were a full fledged Lawyer, if I had a case, I'd hire her in a heartbeat!! As far as Mr Klinder goes, I can honestly say I never met the man! So I can not give out 5 stars!
