Terrible experience with Roslinda as my case manager and Natalie as my attorney. No communication. Had to show up to the office multiple times just to get feedback on the progress of the case. Even when I went into office they tried to get me to leave by saying "she's in a meeting". They love to tell you they are gonna call you same day and never do. Even days sometimes weeks later no call. Definitely choose someone else to handle your case.

I did not like the way his employees communicate with me I felt like they were holding back information that I needed to know I would never use them again!
