This law firm does most of the work behind the scenes. They are very precise, and diligent in their preparation of the case. Their negotiations with stubborn insurance companies is excellent. I am early on in my case with this law firm but thanks to their advertising around the city I was able to remember the name so I could give a call when I needed them most. So far the two people I’ve spoken with have been Camila and Alexandra and they have been WONDERFUL! I haven’t had customer service this good in years, they are TRULY compassionate and want to help. I don’t feel rushed or pressured as if our interactions are all about just business. So far 10/10 and I will update when my case is complete.
