My case is ongoing but the process has not been good. I get the same excuses to my questions. My case manager takes days to response to my emails and messages through their portal system. I feel like a number to them. They did not listen to my concerns regarding my treatment. They took forever to approve doctor's order if they even did.

I highly recommend The Texas Law Gun they took great care of my case from beginning to the end couldn’t find a better firm, the negotiator Mr. Rojas did an amazing job getting the entire policy limits and Mr. Begum was so kind by lowering his attorney fees for me.
