Absolutely horrible, placed a call for help the receptionists puts me on hold then she hangs up, they do not how know answer phone calls or transfer you and they don't answer. Called at least three times and she says they are busy answering calls

From start to finish, Villarreal and Begum was very helpful with all my concerns. My case managers, Claudia and Melissa, were very nice and attentive with my medical care, making sure I saw the right providers to get treated. Mr. Genaro Rojas is the best senior negotiator in SA and got me top dollar for my case! He is very upfront about your case and will fight hard with these insurance companies to pay up!
