Make no mistake, personal injury claims take time. These guys aren't magicians, but they are professionals, and they clearly take their craft very seriously. From my interactions with Heather, who help me understand the process, to my final payout handled by Mr Rojas, I was pleased with the level of communication, and never felt like I was being put off or disregarded. Everyone worked together and really stood up for my Mama and my Papa. They got less than we were thinking but more than doubled what we had settled for. It was nice getting the case resolved and can now try to pick up the pieces and move forward. Though my Mama is no longer here to accept the settlement, I know she would've been happy with the result. When I took Mama's side of the lawsuit, I was still devastated by her loss. Everyone was very sensitive to what was needed for my Papa and me to be okay with continuing, not without her, for her. I want to thank Melissa, Yosenia, and definitely Ms. Cynthia for all they did.
