Real Client! Real Review! Real Update! I would not refer or recommend this Law Firm to my family or friends!!!!!! I know if you are reading my review, than you or someone close to you have been involved in an accident. I am sending you guys sooo much love, light, and healing because this process is no joke. Unfortunately, I was involved in 2 MVA in less than a year. Although, my 1st Case wasn’t handled properly (lack of communication/no communication/never met attorney). I was convinced by Attorney Mellissa and her team that things would improve and that I would be supported. I have no family here, I'm an Air Force Veteran, and a Mother to 2 children who depends solely on me. My mom and brother came into town to help me right after the accident. My Brother came into the office with me and made everything clear in the type of support that I would need with appointments, rides, getting a new car, rental car assistance, plus much more. Attorney Mellissa assured me that everything would be fine, again. Case 1 Defaults(2021) - Attorneys never called back. - Paralegals changing like crazy. - No feedback. - No care. - No support. -They switched my attorney to Attorney Bryan(no one ever told me for real); went to mediation without ever talking to me about what I ever even went through or life changes. He had my case for barely 2 months prior. Attorney Bryan; in my opinion does not care about his clients. When I mentioned how I felt about how everything was going in the process. He came out of his mouth and said that I was “playing the victim.” Case 2 Defaults (2022) - I signed with them(my big bad) - Lies from sooo many angles When my Brother and I initially came in, we was greeted by the whole team that was going to “support me” through the process. I learned very fast that no one in the room could not make any decisions without the approval 1st of the 2 Top Attorneys. We were told that I would have rides to appointments, not true. I had to get a procedure done without sedation, because I was promised a driver/ride. Attorney Melissa told me don’t worry about the rental car and getting a new car because I would be fine and have their support, so I listened. I ended up having to put my house on the market and $26k in debt from rental expenses from listening to her and trusting them. I had to figure everything out by myself, to get myself in position. No help that was promised. I waited 2 months for an appointment one time, and I had to wait over a month for another (for an urgent matter). All the doctors in network except for two offices was on point. During this case with Attorney Bryan, is when I was “playing victim.” I don’t trust him. He says things to patronize, disrespect and undermine his OWN clients. I feel soooo uncomfortable having him represent me. Pros: My Physical Therapist and Mental Health Counselor is amazing!! Their Admin and Front Desk staff is kind&polite. Mr.Villarreal is well aware all my complaints with the 3 Attorneys. He met with me a few times. I wish I would have met him in the beginning and on different terms, but that wasn’t the case. There’s still ongoing discrepancies, hence why I thought it was a good idea to share my experience and help other consumers keep from making the same mistakes that I did. Sometimes, when looking for Attorneys we don’t know what we need or that we need anything until we need it! When I was looking around I was not sure exactly what I was going to need either. I was hit by a truck the 1st time and 2 18 wheelers on my second go round. Healing from the accident has been a lot within itself. But the healing that I am recovering from my attorneys mentally and emotionally, is for sure one for the books. Go somewhere where you are going to matter. You are going to count. And you won’t be looked at, as just a number I hope that this review helps you Overstand what you may need or is looking for when you have been involved in a car accident. Still waiting for results.
