I was involved in a car accident the day before Christmas Eve. Due to circumstances regarding the accident, I decided I should seek legal advice to ensure I was taken care of. I immediately went online and found Villarreal & Begum Law Firm. It was after normal business hours (or so I assumed), so I decided to chat with a specialist on their website. Within minutes of my chat conversation, I was contacted by an extremely professional and thorough young man, Joseph. He assured me that I would be contacted immediately by an attorney and/or a representative from Villarreal & Begum. I was then contacted by Cynthia from Brownsville who also spoke with me and got a few details of the accident before connecting me to Crystal in San Antonio. Crystal was an absolute professional individual that took my information, gathered details about the accident and gave me next steps. EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL that I spoke with at the Villarreal & Begum Law Firm was professional, efficient but most importantly caring. All of my conversations started by a representative from the firm telling me "I'm so sorry this happened to you". YOU DON'T GET TREATMENT LIKE THAT ANYWHERE! I strongly recommend this law firm whenever you are involved in a vehicle accident and especially are injured. Insurance companies are trained to limit their amount of coverage of you the policy holder. Villarreal & Begum works with you to ensure above everything else YOU are taken care of. I can't thank the firm enough!

I got in an accident about 12 days ago, right before this freeze we got here in San Antonio. Yesterday morning I was contacted by the spine and rehab specialist and got seen today. The firm got me an uber to and from Dr office. They're helping me with my prescriptions, they've been a true blessing. I highly recommend them to anyone who's been injured in an accident. My case isn't done yet but I've seen more help in these few days then I've seen other firms help friends of mine
