Word of advice before hand, do NOT use this lawyer. You will never meet him in person, he has his office employees run his firm. He has been reported to the COMMISSION FOR LAWYER DISCIPLINARY APPEALS & previously suspended for his lack of loyalty & honesty towards his clients. Clients have reported losing homes/estates due to him not advocating/fighting for his clients.Take your time & money elsewhere or else he will take it for you.

I was arrest for dWI 3rd offense and I will on the run for 3 years and It caught up to me because I was arrested for an evading arrest charge. I hired Ross and he was able to get me out of jail and I had a no bond and Ross got me a bond.Not only this he lowered my probation from 4 years to 18 months probation.Also Ross got me off the monitor and now I can live freely and work. Where do I even start? I had such a horrible experience with Mr. Ross and his secretary's. They were rude disrespectful and unprofessional. They made what was already a horrible situation with my divorce even worse. i had know choice to stay with them because i had already invested so much money and time submitting any paperwork that would help my case. My fist court date for divorce Mr. Ross did not even show. The court had to reschedule after months of even getting a court date. When i finally did meet Mr. Ross in person he was extremely rude. We had that one more court appearance and Mr. Ross looked like a fool. Very unprepared. I would call his office and both his secretary's were so rude and made it uncomfortable to try and get updates. I never received an itemized bill like i asked. When i was in the office i asked for the receipt and i was told "the printer was broken" what kind of office does not a have a working printer? Then i asked for it to be emailed and they never sent it. I have asked on several occasions, and still nothing. They are certified crooks. My X husbands lawyer finally decided to settle and that is the only reason i was able to receive the little i did. This whole experience was a nightmare and unfortunately the worst part was dealing with my lawyer and his two unprofessional paralegals Carolyn and Debra. I beg you to not put yourself in this same situation. I guarantee you will regret it. They need to be reported to the state bar.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! I’ve dealt with lawyers before for different situations & yes they are all the same all they care about is the money, however these people here BY FAR have been the worst! We hired them in July gave them part of the down payment we were giving monthly payments as agreed with Caroline however NOTHING has been done with our case we still have not even spoken to this Ross Rodriguez man. Their website says “She is warm & welcoming and will ensure that you quickly feel that you have chosen the right firm for your case” that’s all bs. Yes at first that’s how she made us feel she’d return our calls/texts QUICKLY if we had any questions but once we hired her & gave her that money all that changed. Trying to get answers from her now or to return our calls or texts is almost impossible she can’t even give us the courtesy of saying “don’t worry we’re working on your case or something to that matter just to make us feel like they haven’t forgotten about us & to ensure that we made the right decision. Her demeanor has completely changed & the little times we’ve been able to talk to her she is now very rude. DO NOT HIRE them! Find someone else to help with your case.

Hi Debra Rodriguez and Sandra Sanchez I'm going thru the same stuff I haven't seen my son since last year on Christmas. So my child's father got bac wit his girl ive been going through hell and back and shes very controlling and manipulative she controls my child's father and his mom she gots my Iphone number blocked since last year in November. And so the girlfriend told me she told my babydaddy to only update me by sending 1 pick of my son once every Monday. So I'm so fed up and need her out my sons life for good. And she's a mother her own self but helping them keep my son away so ive been having emotional distress for months and no peace I cries here and there wondering and my son non verbal and gots special needs so he can't defend himself if something happens to him while he's with them So I've called so many professional people over months and still nothing because of the retainer fee I can't pay. So I desperately need help to have a family law lawyer to help me win and loose.
