Let me tell you my fiancé got 4 years and the lawyer told me 6 months he will get probation I said ok and we called to talk to the lawyer and his assistant said he'd give us a call back we said ok hours went by we decided to call again and they instantly said "oh you ready to make a payment" like what? So we made sure to tell them they weren't getting a dime from us anymore because they don't care for their clients one bit they care for money that's about it not once did we talk to the lawyer not once have we gotten a call back after we keep calling and asking for our balance don't use this lawyer he is unprofessional then he called and said to us "he got 4 years he could of gotten 60 years" and was being so rude to us and that only upset us more.THEN WE TELL THE LAWYER HES BEING MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE PRISON AND THE LAWYER HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA. Making himself sound very unprofessional not knowing about your own clients you stand for..sad They want your money don't use them they won't fight for you one bit.

ATTENTION MUST READ - He has been suspended multiple times in the last couple of years from the bar. He just recently had to pay a client restitution of $6,000. His BBB remarks are horrible. ( His office isn’t BBB accredited and has a rating of F - the worst rating you can have ) Even the County Clerks Office told me to hire a different attorney because Ross Rodriguez and his staff don’t know how to do their jobs. Do not and I mean absolutely don’t hire this guy / his office. They are liars crooks and downright should be disbarred. Trust me please go some where else. Run. Ross and his office staff are rude, disrespectful, and will lie to your face. They don’t return calls and or set up meetings. They will yell at you and send you bills with no explanation. I hired him in 2021 for a child case and he hasn’t done almost anything. * The judge approved a warrant for my child’s mothers arrest, and Ross went behind my back after I payed his office to have the warrant served, and made an agreement with her attorney to dismiss the warrant. Never gave me my money back and he caused a delay in my entire case. I had to fire him and now will be going to the bar association to file a complaint. He lost evidence I gave him when I hired him. His paralegal doesn’t file paperwork correctly and I had to beg the County Clerks office to help me for almost 8 months until they finally sent the paralegal the correct way to file the documents. They just sent me a bill trying to charge me for things I never agreed to and stated that I had a retainer on a second part of my case they never discussed with me or showed me any paperwork because I didn’t sign any documents stating I would. I also have the original paperwork of what I agreed to and paid in full now they want more money after I fired them. The paralegal literally yelled in my face in the office which I have recorded and told me to get out and set an appointment ( I have asked for an appointment for at least 1 year straight and never got a call back to make one ) no this is not a joke I’m being serious over 1 year and never got an appointment set up to see the attorney Ross. While working with his offices other clients have complained and said they are firing him also. They have stated he puts their case off and also acts like their case isn’t a priority. If you read any good reviews on his page I beg you to do your research because they are lying or it’s someone he is friends with or has some business with. He is absolutely the worst attorney in San Antonio Tx. I pray for any of you who think about hiring this man. Don’t do it. Over 2 years with him as my attorney and I still have an on going case with nothing resolved and had to recently hire a new attorney to now pick up the case due to Ross’s neglect of my case. Please research him and don’t waste your time or money you will regret it. September 6, 2023

He is pretty decent , they do lack help in the receptiin area . They don't answer or call you . However Ross is an Animal in court . So if you can get by the reception problems , he will smash in court !! Those people with bad reviews , you can't always win .
