He's a solid guy. He is well liked and well respected and I have personally seen him get some fantastic results for his clients. If I heard that a friend or relative hired him, I wouldn't have a single concern. Which isn't always the case. Probably not even usually the case

If you are scared and don't know what to do about your case or one for someone you love, call Mr Pate. He cares, he is professional, yet will put up with your worried calls at all hours and not sound one bit irritated. Even if he is just reassuring you of something he has already told you multiple times. He gets it. Even more importantly he is good. I spoke to multiple attorneys and was getting nowhere. Court appointed attorney literally told me there was nothing he could do for my loved one. He told me his opinion was to get another opinion. We felt lost and forgotten about, very disheartening when you feel like you're slipping through the cracks. Enter Mr Pate, hired on a Friday and my loved one had a court ordered release by Monday. Boom. Done. He is worth the money and will make whatever you are going through a bit less horrible.

All “Mr. Rodriguez” AND staff try to do is poke your eyes out as compensation for their below average work and results. It seems like he doesn’t work on his cases unless you call DAILY. The ONLY thing consistent about Ross Rodriguez is how he manages to get FULLY PROBATED SUSPENSION year after year. Total joke of an attorney. Stick to insurance sales.
