I read all the reviews while searching for an attorney to probate my father’s will and attorney Yvette Salinas had great reviews. I took an appointment and went into the office for a free consultation. I was impressed, her receptionist was friendly and acknowledged you immediately. When I went to speak to Ms. Salinas, she has a great vibe. Nice, explained herself , was very understanding- especially when I wanted to do my own probate because it’s simple but the state of Texas doesn’t allow “pro se” ( to represent myself in court) So far, she broke it down according to my particular case and she gave me a flat rate. Awesome, I had spoken to other attorneys and they were charging much more and they gave the whole speech on how something could come up and blah blah blah and they couldn’t offer a flat rate. I know anything can come up and if it does then additional charges, we would cross that bridge at that time. Anyhow, I didn’t hire Ms. Salinas at this point due to the fee. I will need to gather my money together in order to proceed. I will definitely follow up with another review once I hire her though. The only flaw I feel, she seemed to be a busy lady. She was typing while I was talking with her, and she kept getting text messages on her watch and she kept looking at her messages during our consultation. And she didn’t look at me very much. I am old school, I believe when speaking with someone in any professional environment, you should make eye contact. And if so busy, communicate ,Acknowledge you are listening and you must do other tasks. I would still refer friends and family to her though.

Yvette was awesome and made things easy for me, answered all my questions. And her staff was great.

She knew exactly what needed to be done in a situation we have been struggling with. She had all the answers. She gives you a free consultation which is definitely a plus. When she was done she was sure to explain her costs and every step moving forward. I definitely recommend her services.

Can’t say enough good things about the Law Offices of Yvette M. Salinas. We have used their services multiple times and have been more than satisfied. We have always struggled to find a Law Office that would make time to hear our case or issues but since finding this business the struggle is over.
