Very professional, honest; and straightforward.

Very professional law group. I would recommend Mr. Wong or anyone in the practice to represent you.

I did my research on the best, knowledgeable, compassionate family/child support attorneys in bexar county & Brandon Wong was the first attorney reccomended on AVVO & several other sites. I am dealing with a very sensitive case that involves domestic violence, injury to my child from her father & called to have my initial consultation with Brandon Wong specifically because every review said he was very empathetic & compassionate in his cases (which I need very bad). He sounded very frustrated as soon as he answered the phone, & got more so with every question I asked him pertaining to my potential case with him. Only emphasizing his prices (not my concerns), & reiterating that i needed an attorney (obviously, hence why I was calling???). When trying to clarify a comment he made on one of my questions that I was having trouble understanding, he even said "I'm not going to fight with you, this is what it is". If Brandon Wong & his office was not able to help me, that is totally fine. But my "consultation" ended in tears, & thru my tears, I asked him to please be nice to me, there is no reason to speak so aggressive. & All he replied back with was, "Well, have a good day. If you need us to start building your case, Megan handles that & starts off at $200 an hour." & then disconnected our call. Extremely disappointed. It took me 3 years to gather up the courage to reach out to an attorney regarding my case.. but Brandon Wong reminded me I have no hope & why even bother. Just a note: please, before considering this firm, look at the way they responded to my review. They only focused on one thing: that they couldn't help me with what I was inquiring about, which I said in my review was fine. Completely refusing to address my concerns or acknowledge the way they treated me. that says far more about them than my review.

In my opinion Brandon Wong is top notch. He is dependable, knowledgeable, patient, informative, and most of all result driven. From the onset, he took the necessary time to understand my custody case, answer any questions, ease all my worries and provided a game plan to get what I was ultimately hoping for. Having dealt with multiple attorneys in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Brandon treated me as family. He returns phone calls on a timely basis, is honest and up-front regarding the intricacies of the case and ultimately led the way to get the most positive outcome. I am forever grateful to him as I am now able to be fully involved in my daughter’s life. If I had to go back in time and start this process all over, I’d hire Brandon Wong as my attorney a million times again.

Called in for to schedule a consultation and when Brandon Wong called me back, he was very vague on his answers and seemed more worried about me retaining his firm before giving me any answers to the simplest questions. He said to look on the internet for answers instead. Very unprofessional.
