If you’re facing a dui/dwi you’re facing a serious situation and you need a serious attorney. Mr. Scharmen does his homework on your case and is not afraid to defend it. He treated me with respect and his staff and him never made me feel like a criminal like everyone else in the legal system. He exposed the state’s weak case and cleared me of all charges. He even saw to it that the whole incident was expunged from my record. Highly recommend!

Mr. Fox is an outstanding Attorney, not only is he passionate about his work but was also compassionate toward my situation. Very responsive to emails, text messages, and phone calls. I am a 30 year old disabled veteran with my fair share of problems, Mr. Fox was able to guide me through the legal process and get me a fair deal. When I first spoke with Mr. Fox he sat with me and went over all the details of my case. Set the expectations on all the possible outcomes, but also made it known that he was fighting for the best outcome. He was able to get my case DISMISSED, and I couldn’t be happier.

John Fox gave me the best possible representation I could have asked for, he took my felony case all the way down to a misdemeanor and then he was able to get a plea deal for 2 years of probation, and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, he gets me off of probation in just 7 months. This man is incredible with his work ethic and deep knowledge of the justice system, and he actually wants to help you get through a tough time, for example, he wrote the letter that got me off of probation early for free. Working with Mr John Fox was a blessing for my family and I . I think my cases were very severe and when I met Mr Fox he was incredibly knowledgeable and let me know all possible outcomes of my situation. The judge told me himself that I have a great lawyer. I am done with court and able to provide and be with my family everyday . I have a 2 yr old son and it would have killed me to spend any time apart from him.
