Beware.

This attorney was not appropriate for our child custody case. After filing the motion, we were asked to meet with him to prep for our case. He didn’t show up. When in front of the judge, he acted as if he knew nothing about the facts. And after taking $8600 of my money, I received absolutely no written statement for services rendered. Then no response for over month. I hired another attorney to finish the case and finally received a resolution. I do not recommend this attorney for any reason.

I hired Mr. Nicholas for a DWI 2nd case. Mr. Nicholas was able to help me understand the severity of the charge and represented my case with complete satisfaction. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine in a similar situation.

Mr. Nicholas was very helpful and took the time to call me and discuss a situation that he knew ahead of time wasn't his area of practice but that didn't stop him and the advice was invaluable. He is a little too far away,I have considered asking having him come down and filing a formal complaint for me still.
