After the initial consultation, we were told Attorney Michelle Maloney would like to meet with us. When my husband and I met with her she was very straight forward and honest as to what we should expect if she agreed to represent my husband. Once she reviewed the evidence she agreed to take the case. There are several things that I admire about Michelle. One being she is a very compassionate and humble person, and very easy to talk to. She is also a very good listener which is a very important asset to look for in a great attorney. Due to Tort Reform I would assume most attorneys would not want to deal with these types of cases, but that does not stop Michelle from fighting for her clients' rights. Once Michelle started working on our case, it took her less than a year to win our case. When I tell you that she is the best attorney in San Antonio Texas to handle medical malpractice, I mean just that. No other attorney could have won this case except Michelle Maloney. When first we were looking for help with our problem most lawyers we spoke to were unhelpful given the nature of the case Michelle however dug deep and came up with a possible solution and called us back to setup a face to face meeting. As the process continued she not only took diligent notes but she also provided great emotional support. She is professional while at the same time was empathetic to us.
