If you're looking for a patent this is the firm & team you want to work with. Samar is very knowledgeable about the patent process and was present and helpful to me along the whole way. He's great at explaining and simplifying the process and always gets back to me in a timely manner. He's also resourceful and his pricing is reasonable. Take it from me!

This is a review meant to inform future clients of a patent attorney who’s intellect an poise is far beyond the merit of finance. I approached mr. Shah with an almost Imposible task. I had asked many lawyers before speaking with mr. Shah about my current predicament. I told him I had filed a provisional patent nine months ago and I would need a patent application ready before my current provisional patent would expire. Other lawyers stated that it would not be possible with in that time frame. Mr. Shah told me it could be done with a set system and focus from both client and lawyer. I agreed, and then I told him if it was possible to exchange the required information remotely... he asked me where I was located, I told him Japan. He replied and told me that was not a problem, now despite all of the posible ways this non provisional patent would not be complete on time he reassured me with his professionalism and structured leadership. I am an inventor who almost lost his dream, I am also an inventor with a non provisional patent from Shah IP Law, PLLC. This business mission, adheres to clients success first. If the world only had more great minds like mr. shah.
